How do I purchase photos?
Browse the gallery and select the photo you love. Click the shopping bag or “Buy” option on the image to view the available products, including digital downloads and prints. Add your selections to your cart and follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.
Can I purchase just one photo?
Yes! You can purchase individual digital downloads or prints of your favorite images. You do not have to purchase an entire package unless you choose to.
What is the difference between a single download and a full-gallery download?
A single-photo download includes one selected image, while a full-gallery download includes all the photos available for download in that collection. Available options depend on the products and settings enabled for the gallery.
How will I receive my digital downloads?
After your purchase is processed, Pixieset will email you a secure download link. Follow the instructions in the email to access and save your photos. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email.
How long do I have to download my photos?
Pixieset download links for purchased digital files expire after seven days. Please download and save your images promptly. If your link expires, contact me so I can resend your files.
Can I purchase additional photos after placing an order?
Yes! You can return to the gallery and purchase additional available downloads or prints. You can also choose another package if one is offered in the gallery.
What print sizes can I order?
Available print sizes and products will appear in the gallery store. Options depend on the products enabled for that collection, so check the store for current sizes and pricing.
How will my prints be delivered?
Print orders are placed through the Pixieset Store. They will be shipped directly to you, without KRP handling them.
Can I buy a package that includes both prints and digital downloads?
Yes! If a combined package is available, you can select it from the gallery store. Pixieset will guide you through choosing the images needed for the products included in that package.
Can I share my purchased photos on social media?
Absolutely! You're welcome to share your purchased photos for personal use. Please do not apply additional filters, alter the images, remove any watermark or branding, or claim the photographs as your own. When possible, credit Kaitlin Rose Photography when sharing.
Can I print my digital downloads somewhere else?
Yes! Purchased high-resolution digital files can be printed through the provider of your choice for personal use. For the best results, I recommend using a professional photo lab to help maintain the color and quality of your images.
Are purchases refundable?
Please review the purchase terms provided with your order. Because digital files can be downloaded and print orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, refunds or cancellations may be limited. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me so we can discuss the best way to resolve it.
What if I have trouble placing an order or downloading my photos?
If you experience an issue with your gallery, checkout, or download link, please contact Kaitlin Rose Photography. I'll do my best to help you resolve the issue.
Do I have to purchase anything to view the gallery?
No! You can browse the gallery and enjoy viewing the photos for free. You only pay for the downloads, prints, or packages you choose to purchase.
